It's finally happening! After 16 months of being Separated, the U.S and Canada have reopened their borders to tourists who are fully vaccinated from other countries as well - no more waiting in line at a port-of-entry point alone for hours on end if you're an American citizen with your visa ready or not even able leave until after 8 pm because nothing has been open yet that day due to all access points remaining closed off by security measures put into place back when this global pandemic first started spreading across our shared continent like fire everywhere people turned looking desperately outwards wondering what kind America will look like without any doctors left alive
The U.S., in an unprecedented move, said it would allow fully vaccinated foreign nationals from Canada and Mexico to cross the borders for non-essential purposes beginning Nov 8th! This is huge news because people can finally travel without risking their health while still protecting themselves with vaccines against some of today’s most dangerous diseases like measles or polio which could cause them real harm if they were unvaccinated
The United States Department Of Agriculture announced that starting on November 8th, citizens visiting our country will be able to enter using only proof verifying vaccination compliance (a valid Yellow Fever certificate) as part of the immigration process at official ports -of entry
The answer to the question, "Can you visit Canada now?" is likely yes. Fully vaccinated American citizens and green card holders can enter as of Aug 9th for nonessential purposes such as tourism or recreation only--but that's just because there are some restrictions on who gets in! As long as your government meets certain criteria with Canadian authorities then it’s all good news from here on out .
Travelers need to wait at least two weeks after their last vaccine dose before crossing the border, and they must present proof of an approved negative Covid-19 test taken during 72 hours prior. Additionally, travelers cannot have any symptoms that may signal exposure or infection with this virus when arriving into Canada as well.
