Let's get started with the highest turnover cities in the Lower Mainland. Now turn over does mean that these are people that are actually moving from away from the city or moving into the city. So there's a lot of activity in these markets. Be hot in that neighborhood. Let's start with number 10 Surrey now that might come to a surprise to you. But Surrey is the number 10 on our list of highest turnover cities in the Lower Mainland. And the number is 13.5 percent in Surrey coming at number 9 as the highest turnover City in the Lower Mainland is North Vancouver at 14.5% coming up at number 8 is White Rock. The city of White Rock is rated as 15.4 percent turnover rate. Alright number seven comes Maple Ridge now, that one is at 16.7 percent turnover rate number six just a bit of higher than Maple Ridge is Burnaby at 16.8 percent turnover rate jumping to number five. We have the city of Delta at 19.8% turnover rate. All right number four. Well now we're heading to the Tri-Cities number four is Port Coquitlam at 21.4 percent turnover rate. Now, we're down to our top three and number three is Port Moody at 24.3% turnover rate. Alright, number two highest. Over City in the Lower Mainland, which I'm really surprised about is Pitt Meadows it has lots of activity here and it's at 27.8% turnover rate. Alright, we're down to number one and that is going to New West and they're rated at a whopping 43% turnover rate in the Lower Mainland has one of the highest turnover cities in the town.
